Overtime is billed automatically from minute 31 past a crew member's booked shift. A ₹1,000 per crew member late-night surcharge applies for shifts extending past 11:30 PM IST.

How does booking actually work?
Set your shoot location, browse nearby photographers ranked by distance with real ratings and reviews, then pick a session length (15/30/60 min, or by the hour for professionals). You pay securely in-app, then chat with your photographer to plan the details before you meet.
What's the difference between amateur and professional?
Amateur photographers shoot casually without a professional DSLR or full studio setup — great for quick, low-cost portraits. Professionals bring a proper camera and can offer add-ons like lighting, a drone, audio, reel editing, and express delivery, priced hourly.
How do I receive my photos and videos afterward?
Directly from your photographer — ClickIt doesn't store or transmit the actual shoot media through the app. You'll arrange delivery (drive link, AirDrop, etc.) together, typically over the in-app chat.
Is payment secure?
Yes — checkout is handled by Razorpay, and your card/UPI/wallet details are never seen or stored by ClickIt.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 24+ hours before your session for a full refund, 2-24 hours before for a 50% refund, and under 2 hours before for no refund. If you booked with just an advance payment, that advance secures the slot and isn't refundable — the rest is settled directly with the photographer at the shoot.
Do photographers travel to me?
Yes — you set your shoot location and browse photographers near it, indoors or outdoors, ranked by distance.
How far in advance should I book?
As little as a few minutes — sessions are designed to be booked on short notice. Photographers do need to confirm your request, so booking a bit ahead of time improves your chances for a specific slot.
Can I book without using the app?
Yes — call or WhatsApp us directly and we'll help set up an offline booking.
